i try and try and try

okay,the title say it all.....actually this is about myself...i am a stressful student..sometimes when i becomes to angry..i barely throw my thing around..and then i apologize to myself...and i did found a tips to feel relax and comfortable when we in stress...first,you must learn how to be patience...second,try to breath.....third,drink some water..mineral water also is good....in fact,mineral water make our life becomes healthy....fourth,always say relax.....fifth,try to smile always.....sixth,don't rush when you are doing your work....this can be help..because if you rush in any work,it just make you becomes more stress..seventh,if you had family,try to hang out with your family once a week or everyday..it can help..especially to be with our beloved wife
